Shipping policy

All of our shipping times and expected delivery times are stated for each individual item on the item listing. As we are based in the UK, our items are processed within 24 hours of receiving an order and in the case of physical items, shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order. In the case of each individually printed item, these are generally shipped within 3-5 days - please see each item description for more precise details. Once out for delivery, items within the UK will arrive quicker than those to overseas. Again each delivery time is stated on the individual product listing. Print-on-demand clothing, bags and accessories generally take 3-7 days within the UK and physical gift items and cards etc. take 2-3 working days. Please see the item description for expected delivery times. We offer free packing and postage on orders over £40 within the UK - delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent on your location. In the case of delivery service, we generally use Royal Mail Tracked. We obtain proof of postage and tracking where possible.

International Orders – Customs & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Wocker Cocker is a small UK-based independent business and is not currently registered to collect overseas VAT or import taxes at checkout. Any customs or import fees are determined by your local customs authority and postal service.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order if you are unsure whether charges may apply.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing.
